I mistakenly bought a 160GB SATA (Serial ATA) hard drive and opened it without realizing I can't use it. So it has never been plugged into a PC or anything else.

That is the drive.
It is not the normal EIDE interface and that is why I cannot use it.
I can sell it for $60 shipped and it is brand new, again I opened it, but never used it. Due to the fact I opened it I cannot bring it back. Box and everything else is included.
