The article confirms that the 360 will upscale DVD's over component after the fall update, and the 360 can also output resolutions up to and including 1080p and games will be released in 1080p.

Wow now I need to start saving for a 1080p TV.....although by the time I have enough cash for that I will probably be buying a Xbox 720. :SM16 I am teh poor.


I just want the fucking format war to end. I like where HD-DVD is right now, but you never know what can happen.
