Deftones are the fucking shit and one of , if not, my favorite band besides Type-O-Negative. True, nothing can compete with their first 2 albums Adreneline and Around the Fur, but fukkin Chino Moreno can scream and sing like krayzie. I hope they dont' sound too much like their last album which was my least favorite.

I'm going to their concert here in AZ on Oct 29th you should catch their tour too. I got to meet them last month at the Family Values tour with Korn. Check out their video to Hole in the Earth on youtube, fukkin Chino bloaded up like a balloon but he's still the shit.

It's complicated too lol. Themes that can see embedded vids, can't see attachments, though most can post attachments even if the can't see em', and vice versa. The only theme that can do both right now is the default theme, Subsilver.

Nah, I'm definitely gonna fix that. It's probably the last major thing I need to get done. I might find some other cool feature we want to use in the future. But I think once that's done, I'll just settle down to uploading smilies and regular admin mod crap.

Maaaan last night was the Deftones concert and has got to be one of my favorite shows I've ever been to. It was the shit. They played all kinds of shit, pretty much everything off the first 2 albums along with Hole in the Earth and Cherry Waves off the new album (comming out tomorrow.)

Me and my chick plowed our way to the front row. Sippin on Long Islands and Corona's I was all funnked up by the time they came out. When they sang "Change" Chino used a voice echo effect that was unbelievable. Well worth the 25 bucks.

The show was so bad-ass I'm hitting up the Tucson show again next month. Can't believe they are hitting AZ two different times. Here are the shows:

Well I've given up all hope that deftones would one day rock the shit outta my bumps like they used to, make me wanna mosh my way all the way to the police station with a knife in my hand. This cd is 98% mellow as hell.....

however....

It is a good ass mellow. I mean, like every track except 2 of them IMO are the shit. Nothing compares to the first 2 albums but I guess that's Deftones now. I fucking HATE IT when bands get soft but in their case their mellow songs are the shit, make you wanna kill yourself and fall into a trance.

What I dont get is that at the concert.....they play all the old school fuckin hardcore bang your head shit and they see how the crowd loves it to death.....so why the hell wouldn't they keep making the same music? I cant figure that out about bands, whether its Metal or Rap or whatever.

Tool is the same way. They all want to prove to people that they are artists or some shit like that. That is why I like slayer so much, they have been making hard ass metal for over 20 years.

Granted, I don't know if Deftones does or not... I don't understand why Chino is making softer music with Deftones though, since doesn't he head up Team Sleep? Which is pretty much softer Deftones? (some Deftones afficiando will probably berate me for saying that... but whatever).

Tool was the shit to me until I heard A Perfect Cirlce of crap. You're right about Slayer, they are like the only band that I can think of right now that keep that shit on the same level of the last album with just a little bit more blood. God really does hate us all.

Did somebody say Bizzy Bone? I'll slap that bitch ass if I ever see him in person. God knows I'll never see him in person , even though I've seriously been to 8 Bone concerts.....
