Well, you post a pic of some retard claiming it's me to a group of people that know nothing about me. Where did the joke come in? I want to laugh. See, the shit I do is an obvious joke (eg, the Sestren Comic). How does anyone know that's not me if I don't say it? You didn't make that very clear when you posted it.

I have never posted a fake Yankee picture nor will I ever. I don't think that's funny and I would be a bit more creative.

It appeared to me that you saw I haven't been around for about half a month and took that opportunity to get a quick jab to see if I'd notice. I saw it as a diss, and four other people FROM THIS BOARD saw it as a diss (so they reported it to me) regardless of whatever your actual intentions were. If it was meant as a joke, it was a poorly executed one.

You know what I think? Instead of saying people have serious issues when they take offense to something (even mistakenly), you should apologize. How is saying I have issues or "getting teary eyed" going to solve the problem?

I will say I am very impressed with one thing though. You didn't delete or modify my post. Looks like I had you pegged wrong, I thought you would have been a mod that would abuse your power. You get some respect points for that. +2.

This has been escalating for a while. I saw this coming with all the Sony arguments etc. I asked everyone if things were ok, everyone said they were fine. Apparently things are not fine. Josh, this was CLEARLY meant as a joke. I doubt anyone seriously took it as you or that yankee meant any serious slight by it.

However, most of the people on this board have known each other for years, and they take that familiarity for granted, even with some of you newer members. I guess yankee just took it a bit too far. I mean, you may not be comfortable with people you just recenly met online mocking you. However, you have to realize, this jab was not so different than the ones you took in your comic, which he took in good stride.

I know you're not happy with him having been modded, but these boards are about fun, I mean, we don't need ANY mods really, but we don't take things too seriously around here. The last thing we want however is for you to feel everyone is against you.

Man, this whole time I thought this might just be a big running gag like the things between yank and jp. If you seriously have grievances, if any of you do, just PM me and let me know it's something you feel is serious. Come on now. You've said several things in the past a lot of people don't agree with. Stuff that was presented here had things backing it up (such as the screen shots and other various quotable facts). I don't think we need to go down that "I just won't post anything" road and just get on with life here.

This whole thread was about Rainbow Six Vegas, you said what you wanted to say, we said what we wanted to say. Your opinion is valued as is everyone else's. I think everyone can tell, when I have a disagreement with anyone about anything, it always stays in that one topic. Why else would we try to hit you up with a game of Vegas the past couple nights? Why would I try to get a game of Lumines Live going?

I guarantee you, there will be more you say that I will disagree with, but there will also be a lot more you state that I will fully agree with. That's the purpose of a message board, to share the different points of view. I think the whole thing got childish and out of hand by the end when we were all having fun with it. If you were at all offended, that wasn't really what I was trying to do. I was head of the debate team. I pick things apart, it just how I roll.

When I critique what others say, I don't mean to be rude or offensive, I just mean to present my perspective. If you understand that, maybe you wont take offense the next time opinions clash.

I made every effort to smooth things over including inviting you or having people invite you into a game. You turned down all requests with smug comments like, "I don't really want to know how great this game is" or "I don't really want to hear about how great a developer Ubisoft is" or something equally weird.

So I tried to fix the situation with you on the board, I tried to fix the situation with you on Live, and I have yet to find a single instance of you inviting me into a game, shooting me a message, or anything else that could possibly smooth things over.

What you call, "trying to figure out why I'm so angry" happened to be filled with disses. I'm not going into detail here as some people from this board don't want to get involved so I won't mention their names. You have insulted me on more than one occasion after sidestepping my efforts.

Out of the blue, I get messages from several members of this board telling me you have dissed me again with this picture (yes, they crack jokes about how much you seem to dwell on your hatred for me and include things like, "Yankee STILL hasn't let this go!").

I see the picture, and it included no indication that that was a fake shot. No, it was not an "obvious" joke as Hunter would claim. There are only a few people from this board that have met me in real life, they know what I look like. Yet, there are several pictures of me online, I am a musician that sells thousands of records, my picture is out there. To say, "I don't know your name, so how could I find a pic" doesn't matter. You know I'm also in a side group with JP, from there, you could track back to me.

I'm not from the CSB, I'm not from IGN, this is the first board I became a regular member on. I don't have "history" with people here other than the ones I meet in the real world. For someone to assume I should be used to people doing that is crazy talk.

My issue is this. You have a problem with me and you dwell on it. You talk about me to everyone EXCEPT for me... the one that would actually make a difference! I have laid out my entire perspective multiple times to you, you would rather tell other people. That comes around as shit talking behind my back. I thought I was out of high school.

Hunter claims I didn't want you to be a mod. I didn't want ANYONE new to be a mod! We don't have enough people to warrant 2 mods and an admin. Hunter went back on what he said, when I questioned him about it, he said, "Because I'm the admin, and you're not." So basically, Hunter pulled rank to explain a serious question. Less than satisfactory, more than annoying.

Personally, I don't think you or I would even be good mods. We are too opinionated. You can ask JP, I nominated Darth and Newport as they seemed to be the most open minded (except for Halo related stuff). They may not have the highest post counts, but they have the right personalities for it. You and I do not.

For Hunter to "promote" you simply because you were on the board a few hours before I signed up is retarded. That's not the right way to mod someone (my opinion). If you were looking at who's first for whatever, I had the 2nd highest post count and I was the second member to join Sestren (1st being JP). You didn't create the squad, JP, someone else, and I did. You started your own squad then came over later. But, again, I don't think I would be a good mod either. I'm just trying to show that's a really odd way to pick the next mod.

KandE, you can post whatever you want. You weren't here for the full length of the issue so you only have what people have recently fed you. You don't know the full story, but if you think you have enough to make a sound opinion on the matter, go right ahead.

Well, jp said you weren't gonna happy I modded yankee before you, and mentioned you'd expect a valid reason, so i just threw out, he was here longer than you. Again, not serious. I mean, I think jp knew I didn't have a valid reason for modding yankee aside from, yankee asked, and I was like "ok whatever". Modding really doesn't mean squat, and I didn't think anyone here thought it did.

I posted that in the site feedback :). I knew you weren't going to change stuff, but I was expressing my opinion. You didn't reply to anything I wrote, so I did a big post going over everything and calling you evil in the title. It worked, you saw what I was trying to relay and replied as to why you weren't changing it. That's what I wanted, my opinion on the matter to be heard. I didn't "expect" anything out of you (except for some MK emoticons).

In the beginning, you would ask for feedback, and when I would give it, further down the line you would say things like (i'm going to paraphrase here), "come on! Anyone have anything to say?" Doing the Hunter's Evil post was my whole, "over here dammit! I've been saying stuff for weeks!"
