Well actually, I always thought Psycho Mantis was an interesting villian and MGS was my favorite game for a long time, so it's based partly on that. Plus, I had a praying mantis as a pet for a day before I released him back to the wild. :crying: I always thought they were the most intriguing bug.

It all started one warm summer day with Legend of Zelda on my cousins Nintendo and Sid Meier's Pirates on a Commodore 64. I got so hooked on those two games that I knew that was going to be playing games forever. Since then, I've played more games than I can list. Probably a hundred or more.

Yeah....I really enjoyed the heck out of mine, but I couldn't save my progress in my game....I'm not sure why, but I couldn't. So if I played Pirates, I would have to pull an all-nighter. It's possible the C64 had been around a while when I had it, but for me it was the first real system I owned.

I also got hooked on The Last Ninja for the C64. I even use the theme song to it for my cell phone ring tone. I was REAAAALLY excited when I found it.
