I can't read it from up here. :~

Still, if it's the interview I'm thinking of, I'm pretty sure I've already read it.

"Like Phil Harrison is a very cool guy....he gets games and he gets what we do. It's a completely different environment from Sega. It’s like Sega used to be, when Sega was like Genesis/Sega CD-era, when we were doing those games. Completely supportive. They were giving us trouble to get Lunar out the door; they said it would never sell. It was one of their top five games for Sega CD, and it did very well for us. It was number one for us until Alundra came out and just blew it off the map. After Lunar, they got to the point where they just trusted us, they said, "Do whatever you wanna do and we know it will be great." That’s the kind of support we are getting from Sony now, in part because a lot of people that used to work at Sega at that time now work for Sony. "

That's pretty depressing. Fuckin Sega. come on!

Eh... Phil Harrison is a dimwit. Hold ANYONE up to Bernie and they'll seem like a genius.

No one can compete with Kalinske. He was the greatest videogame president EVER!!! That man was a genius.

that was a great interview to look at years later. I like how he was very honest about stuff unlike most people in business :SM19

Vic is still a dipshit IMO. I use to hate BErnie Stolar with a passion because of how he handled the Saturn. Though it wasn't all his fault. But when he got booted out of the Sega camp Vic Ireland said that he sitll wasn't gonna come back to Sega. He lied to all of us so I can say that when WD went under there was no luv lost whatsoever.
