And for those of you wondering... yes... level 4 is Satan. Its like... 10 minutes or something crazy of pure fucking hell... and then the boss fight is like 5 minutes of just sheer terror. The first time I fought Jupiter (boss of level 4), it killed me before I could even see it. And to this day I swear it is one of the craziest bosses ever...

Of course, the final boss of Batsugun is called "Floor of the Galaxy", and is even crazier. :SM9

But I killed it... with Beltiana. Meh. Jeeno's the guy I'm typically good with. And he's the only person worth playing as in Special Version as Beltiana cannot do the Jupiter trick correctly.

"Jupiter trick?"

Alright, here we go:

Jupiter is like this giant ass air craft thing with a bajillion turrets thats split into two main parts. Once you survive the insanity that is the first half and get to the head of the second half, you are faced with 8 targets:
2 giant ass laser cannons that shoot straight down that are on either side of 1 giant turret that spins around shooting bullets in 360 degrees, behind which are 5 plasma ball cannons that aim their shots at you.

OK, first thing is first. Get BEHIND the laser cannons and the turret, and kill all the plasma cannons while bouncing from safe spot to safe spot so that the spray of bullets from the main turret doesn't hit you. Once you've destroyed all 5, go back down and take out the giant ass laser cannons. Once a cannon is destroyed a hole opens up and tanks start pouring through the hole, shooting in a V pattern as they move down. Once you destroy BOTH laser cannons let the tanks fill up the track (so now you have like, 20 tanks chilliin', shooting down in a v-pattern, and the main turret is still going nuts).

OK, once the tanks fill up their tracks they turn red. Use a bomb. Each tank destroyed will give you... I think 45,000 points. Its a lot. Its why my scores are so wonky for Special Version. One time I pulled the trick off like... 5 times.

Here's the kicker:
The bombs damage the turret as well. Once the turret is damaged enough, it goes into a second form where it shoots homing rings of plasma balls AND spinning laser swords. And its STILL going off with the 360 degrees of bullets. So after like, 3 bombs... you have to dodge not only the tanks, but also the homing plasma rings, the bullets, AND the laser swords.

Batsugun is a fucking insane game.
