So, like I said. Its Anime or Cartoons or both. The only rule is ... it had to or has to be on North American TV. So that means Mainland USA, Canada, and I will include Mexico cause some are from there.
Something I forgot to mention in the TV one. These are shows that if you see them on ... you will stop what your doing and watch it.
My list?
Macross/Robotech
Transformers
G.I. Joe
Bugs Bunny/Warner Bros.
Speed Racer
Kim Possible
Scooby Doo
Naruto - I like the Japanese version better. BUT ....
He-Man/She-Ra
TMNT(Original)Honorable Mention:
Battle of the Planets/Gatchaman
Inhumanoids
Astro Boy
Pokemon
Jackie Chan Adventures
Tom and Jerry

Hmmm...off the top I'm going with: (in no real order, except for #1 =P)
1- Macross/Robotech (Season 1 trumps anything I've ever seen on TV; period.)
2- Care Bears
3- Sailor Moon
4- Transformers (early seasons)
5- The Critic
6- She-Ra
7- Pirates of Dark Water
8- Garfield & Friends
9- David the Gnome
10- Muppet Babies
I'll probably regret this later after I realize what I forgot...
The Simpsons, Merry Melodies and classic Looney Tunes transcend the genre btw.
(dagnabbit! forgot Felix the Cat and Thundercats...heh this needs to be a top 20)

One~ I originally had it as Top 5. I wanted to force everyone to really think about what shows they loved on TV at the time of their childhood. Hence the rules, but I may make a top 20.
I just like rules makes things more organized. Rules are meant to be broken, but not out of spite.
The way Hunter did it depressed me some. I never showed him a lack of respect even in the D&D thing, but he comes in here and just spits in my face.
Back on topic. I'll make a top 20 later tomorrow.

I understand things are tough for you right now, but you are acting really over sensitive today and it's starting to sound a bit like whining. No disrespect intended.

If you saw how Sopranos ended you would be whiney and pissed too.
The only other time I was like this ... was when I beat Halo 2.

Wow. My response wasn't out of spite. I've never had anything against you. We always fuck around and that's all this was. I didn't know the rules were so important to you. I'll make sure to take things more seriously with you in the Future.

Wow, just saw the responses here. Well instead of posting a list of British shows like I was about to, I'm simply going to introduce you all to my favourite of all - Stoppit and Tidyup, voiced by the magnificent Terry Wogan.
