We have no official Simpson's thread and the movie is out this week. I preordered some tickets for Saturday.

Past two seasons? The show jumped the shark in like Season 7. It's been in a downward spiral for a full decade.

I think the Simpsons definitely changed a lot over the years, but I don't think it's fair to say the last 10 years have been all downhill. The last 5 or so, I can understand, but there have still been kickass episodes throughout.

I'll see the movie, just not sure when

Am I the only one whose seen it? Just came back, it rawked, hardcore. Not their funniest material, but the jokes were still good, and they didn't stop coming. BTW, here's my simpson guy:

I saw it. I think it was a HUGE LETWDOWN. Couple funny sections (Bart's dick, haahahhahah), but mostly a letdown.
