Take a trip to japan.
Seriously you can buy them for around 80-90 bucks there.
I'd say get someone to bid on yahoo Japan for you, but when it's all said and done it won't be much cheaper than ebay.

Yahoo! Japan would be your best bet, like mr caris said above...
That's actually going to be one of my christmas presents along w/Rondo.

Just in case people don't know, the system has regional lockout for card games but not CDs.
The cheapest way to get this system is to wait until one shows up at a thrift store or flea market but that can take a while. Sellers are getting wiser to system values these days but they're generally still cheaper than buying online. I have a bunch of CD games but I have been patiently waiting to re-acquire a Duo. In the mean time I can play them through an emulator. I'm covered for card games since I have a TG16 and a PC Engine.

Just get a modded Xbox. You can run original TGCDs, copies or even images.

not a huge problem, the US versions of most of the cards are way overpriced.
an import duo is definitely the way to go.

True. It's nice to have some Hucards in English, though (like Neutopia).
PC-Engine Duo is the only way to go.
Though having a cheap-o TG16 sitting around for HuCards isn't too bad. ;)

TG-16s are easily found at flea markets and shows, but don't get your hopes up on the CD.
