November 13, 2007 - DVD-based board game Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action sees new life as an Xbox 360 party game.
Those thinking it's just an over-glorified, new-media Trivial Pursuit would be wrong, too--the game comes with loads of video clips and over 1,800 questions to entertain you and your friends. And unlike the DVD version, it even keeps track of what questions you've covered, ensuring that you won't get the same Transformers teaser popping up over and over again.
The game comes with four exclusive "Big Button Pads," which are used as wireless buzzers to answer the multiple-choice questions. Three modes of play--short play, long play and party play--change up the pacing, depending on how your social entourage want to keep the party going.
Scene It? hit retailers on November 6th for the Xbox 360 and is has been rated "T" for Teen (blood, language, suggestive themes, use of alcohol and tobacco, and violence) by the ESRB. If you're still without a copy of the game (or even the console itself), check out the Scene It? Sweeps, where one lucky grand prize winner gets an Xbox 360 Elite console, a copy of the game, a $300 gift card, and 20 DVDs based on Rotten Tomatoes' Top 20 Tomato Picks list.
