Apparently the lawyers who headed up the lawsuit against Take 2 over the whole GTA Hot Coffee ordeal are shocked at the results. Several months after a settlement was reached, only about 2,600 people have filed a claim to have been offended by the suspect material.
Seth Lesser, lead lawyer for the plaintiffs said,"Am I disappointed? Sure...We can't guess as to why now, several years later, people care or don't care. The merits of the case were clear."
You can't guess, really? Several years later...Non issue to begin with... Huge stacks of cash for the pain of being offended ($5-35, I have no idea how the decide, maybe how much you paid for the game?)
This is a tough one.

Well, they did win the lawsuit, so I guess we still lose as a society, but I laughed nonetheless.
