No clue what that will be. But eh, could be interesting. I dug R-Type on the SMS and I actually liked Super R-Type alright, but I didn't like any other versions/entries of the game.

I love slow, meticulous, pattern shooters like R-Type, Gradius and Pulstar. Probably my favorite type of shmup.

I liked the SMS port of R-Type. Actually, I guess I like regular old R-Type as well. And like I said, I liked Super R-Type too.


But R-Type III, R-Type Delta, and R-Type Final all sucked anus IMO. Never played Leo though.

I can't imagine why if you liked the first you wouldn't like II. Leo is the odd ball and tends to win over those that don't like the others.

It was mostly R-Type II with an extra level tacked on though.


Thats not the point though. The point is I liked Super R-Type, therefore, by default, obviously, I like R-Type II as well.
