Its not a performance enhancing drug... at least not physical perfromance. Just like the snowboarder that won a gold back when they first started including the sport in the Olympics... he should get an extra medal. Maybe he is a pussy.... but he is a pussy who smoked pot and still kicked ass in a world sporting event so kudos for that.

I know a lot of swimmers that go to my college (I dated a girl who swam for our college) and I will tell you the swim team girls for the most part are huge sluts and all the swim team guys drink a ton and smoke out, so it was no surprise phelps did it.
