The February issue of Japanese trade magazine Kinejun announces a big screen anime version of Namco's RPG Tales of Vesperia.

The movie version is slated to be released this year by Kadokawa Pictures. Director Kanta Kamei is helming the anime, and seiyu Kosuke Toriumi will be lending his voice to the project.

Though the game looked as good as any anime TBH. :shrug:

Damn, i still need to get this. I wanted to pick it up this weekend, but apparently my local BB doesn't carry it anymore . . .

Sounds good to me. Most of the Tales animes have been pretty decent.

Yeah, NamcoBandai has been pretty good about making alright Tales adaptations. Kinda interesting that they are making Vesperia into an actual theatrical movie though.
