There's like 8 pages on it. Here's some facts on it...

- Unlike God of War 1 and 2 where there are only 15 enemies on screen, there will now be around 50 this time.
- You can ride monsters like the Cyclops and "control".
- Kratos on the PS2 used 5,000 polygons, now he uses 20,000.
- They made the weapons "better" so it adds more variety. Like with a different weapon, you don't get just a couple different attacks, but a whole different play style.
- The lion gauntlets are called Cestus.
- Enemy AI's are a lot smarter. Some of the enemies will be "commanders" and control the other grunts.
- Enemies will look different, even if they're the same type. Like, even though the skeleton soldiers are in the same category, they will have varied looks, so it's not like everyone looks the same.
- More boss fights than GoW 1, but less than GoW 2.
- No multiplayer.
- Hades boss fight confirmed.

If they could only fix the combat engine these games would be perfect. I love the story but I hate QTE's with a passion, they are such a sign or bad developers.

I bought the first God of War game and thought it was alright. It looked great and sounded great, but it was a bit too easy to get caught up in button mashing (since it was extremely effective to do the same combo's over and over).

I don't think QTE's are a sign of bad developers because lots of good to great games use them. I think QTE's are just a sign of a bad habit that's been forming over the last 8 or 9 years. Developer's seem to think people want these or something.

I liked the way Shenmue used QTE's.....at that point, it wasn't overused and the timing was respectable. The only time we really saw it prior to that was in FMV games like Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, which made up the entire gameplay. Now it's like a necessity to put them in games and give you 1/100 of a second to complete them, forcing you into a trial and error QTE sequence.

I also don't like when QTE's are used as they are in God of War, Viking and the Werehog levels of Sonic Unleashed (which are optional, at least). I hated having to jam on the attack button every time I fought a minotaur or having to do it to go through the "snap the neck" for the gorgon's or QTE'ing the giants everytime you fought them (that was in Viking AND God of War).

Anyway, I'm curious to see how this shapes up. Hopefully it'll turn out good. When I finally do get a PS3, it would be nice to have some games worth looking forward to.

I think QTE's work if they are implemented well. i preffered the Shenmue II QTE, where they are button combinations relating to the actions you are taking, thus allowing for an interactive cutscene. However, what I think needs to be fixed is presenting them in a manner that doesn't interrupt the scene.
